Shipping Time

We offer different shipping services. Below are the estimated delivery times for our products.

Tips: Customized product takes a longer time to complete than standard product. It is usually completed within 7 business days. We also offer a premium customization service that allows customization to be completed within 3 business days. The final estimated delivery time equals product processing time plus shipping time.

Shipping Cost

If your order totals more than $29.99, we’ll offer you free shipping(Except for destinations in Alaska and Hawaii). You can also advance your product delivery time with expedited shipping or premium customization services. But you need to cover the additional costs incurred. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout if you choose additional shipping  services.

Order Tracking

An order confirmation will be sent to your email address after you place your order. You will also receive a tracking number when the order is shipped. Click Order Tracking link at the bottom of our website and input your tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

📣 Important Notice for Pre-Orders:
Please be aware that the shipping timeframe for pre-sale products is not included in the standard shipping estimates. Pre-sale items are scheduled to be dispatched within 15-20 days from the date of order placement. Kindly note this when considering the delivery timeline.
