We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange of your order.

To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you change your mind after placing the order, you can cancel the order by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the order confirmation. If you find mistakes in your custom design after placing the order, please contact us via email within 24 hours to modify the design, otherwise, the product will be processed according to the original procedure.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Processing Time:
We understand the importance of a timely refund process. Once we receive and approve your refund request, we will initiate the refund within 1-2 business days. However, please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to be credited to your account may vary depending on your bank or payment processor. Typically, refunds are reflected in your account within 3-5 business days, but it can take longer in certain cases. If you have not received your refund within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
a) If the mistake or defect is due to our responsibility, such as wrong item shipment or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs, and a full refund will be issued to the customer.
b) If a customer requests a refund without any valid reason, they will be required to return the product at their own expense. Regardless of whether the original order had free shipping or incurred shipping charges, the refund amount will be adjusted to deduct the corresponding shipping costs.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
